If we can confirm from the manual backups that there was an error in scanning, then we can change the results for points accumulation purposes (The only exception to this is if a rider goes through the wrong scoring chute: If a rider goes through the incorrect scoring chute an does not go back through the correct chute, that rider will lose that lap). However we can't do anything about individual race day trophies, those errors need to be identified immediately after the results are posted at the track. You must identify and notify us of errors within one week of the race date in order for changes to be considered. Changes can be made for verifiable clerical errors only. You must protest any other issues within the protest period the day of the race.
